BOOKING PROCEDURE
A person who makes the reservation must be at least 18 years old. You can make reservation via our website, e-mail, telephone, viber, whatsapp. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours before the transfer, but during high-season it's recommended to make reservation more than 24 hours to ensure vehicle availability. A reservation is only confirmed when finally approved by the customer service. To complete reservation we need a valid credit card, if not indicated otherwise. After completing the reservation we will send you a written confirmation via e-mail, if you don't receive confirmation mail please contact us. Your personal data are very safe and protected in our system.

LUGGAGE
Standard luggage containing one large suitcases and one manual luggage per person. If you have more luggage than mentioned, it is necessary to contact our support.

CONTACT PROCEDURES AND TRANSFER SERVICE
If the customer missing to be at the pick-up point 25 minutes after the time specified on the voucher the driver or our support will try to contact him on the provided cellphone number. If we don't have an answer on provided cellphone number, the service will be canceled and the driver is not obliged to provide the service and a refund is not possible. In the case when customer is not being able to find/locate the driver on pick-up point, customer has to contact our support. If you miss your flight, train, bus... (or any other kind of transportation) because of traffic jams or any other road conditions which are not the direct fault of the company, we cannot be responsible for that scenario and it's not possible to demand of ''Transporti Zlatko Gale d.o.o.'' to refund the financial loss. If our company is the direct cause of your delay (ex. no gas, late arrival of driver), you will be refunded for your loss. The time of departure to the airport or any other destination is an advice given by the agents/drivers and it's created for standard routes and traffic conditions. You can accept the recommended time, or change it if you think that you will need more time. The drivers reserve the right to refuse transfer of inebriated or misbehaved clients. In those cases money will not be refunded and in the event of damages there may be damage claims.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF RESERVATION
You can cancel your reservation without any fees up to 72hours before the pick-up time, and the full amount will be refunded. If you need to change the time/date of transfer, you can do it without extra charge. Customer must ensure all travel details are correct.

CURRENCY INFORMATIONS
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
